Barnes and Noble Gift Card Giveaway


I was cleaning this past weekend and found this Barnes and Noble $50 Gift Card in the bottom of a draw. I immediately called the # on the back and the card still had $50. I remember getting the gift card from a friend after I graduated college, but I am not that much of a bookstore reader. As you know, I love the library. So I am giving away my gift card to one lucky reader.

I just picked up from the library: I Do, Now What? Secrets, Stories, and Advice from a Madly-in-Love Couple by Giuliana and Bill Rancic
I just started watching their reality show and had to get the book. I think Bill is great and Giuliana is growing on me. Have you read this book yet?

    Have 2 books I am currently reading: an Erma Bombeck book and an old Scholastic book called "Prom Trouble". I bought a bunch of Scholastic books at a garage sale this summer-- stuff I didn't get to read when I was younger and I am just enjoying the innocence of them-- a different time and place and life was simpler.

    I'm reading through the Anita Blake Vampire Hunter series by Laurell K. Hamilton but I also plan on reading the Lord of the Rings set here pretty soon. I read 103 books last year and hope to read about half of that this year but with books of more substance. My plan is to tackle a good classic each month in addition to anything else I want to read.

    I would probably use my gift card to get some of the great children's books I remember and want to re-read and pass on to my children in addition to some classics that I don't have yet.

    I love to read so I am in love with this giveaway. I just finished Diane Chamberlain's The Lies We Told last night and it was so good. I have become such a fan of her books. I would probably use the giftcard to get some of her other books.
