Healthy Eating Tip, Week 4:

Use meat, poultry and fish as part of your dish, not the main ingredient. Make vegetables the main dish and you will save money and eat healthier. A great example is stir fry and casseroles.

*Bonus Tip-Purchase less expensive cuts of meat and practice portion control. Going meatless a few nights a week will help with your budget.* Enjoy!
