Healthy Eating Tips, Week 8:
Eat with the seasons. Fruits and veggies purchased in season are less expensive and taste better. Here's a handy chart of a few of my favorites:
Summer: Tomatoes, bell peppers, eggplant and zucchini
Fall and Winter: Citrus, Sweet Potatoes, and dark leafy greens like spinach
Springs: Berries, Fresh Peas, and asparagus
