Be an inspiration to others. Take charge and make the decision to exercise yourself, instead of waiting for someone to motivate you. Exercising will help you forget about your stress (I know how much stress you have planning a wedding). Remember exercise is FREE, but the benefits are worth more than money can buy. Enjoy!

  2. Good tip. You really have to just wake up each morning and remind yourself "I WANT this." I think that's the most important component of any diet and regimen!
