Healthy Eating Tips, Week 10:
Soda, Junk food and processed snacks are costly on your wallet and do more damage to your body than you may realize. It may be convenient for you to stop by McD's on your way home, but if you look at what you are actually putting into your body, you will do a double take. I used to love soda, but realized how bad it was for my body. I stick with water though out the day and really enjoy it.
