Monday's Healthy Tip
Hopefully you are keeping up your fitness with the new Fall TV lineup. My husband and I have been really good this past week with keeping up our routine. We all get busy, but fitness is an important aspect of your life.
Did you know people that start fitness routines, usually give up within the first 30 days. After the first month, your body has adapted to your new schedule and your workouts are more enjoyable. So keep with it. Your doing great!!!
If you are new to working out, start off with just 10-15 minutes a day, instead of an hour once a week. This will help get your body into a routine. Enjoy!
