Monday's Healthy Tip


As the new Fall TV shows start to fill up your schedule, plan to exercise while you watch.

You can walk or run in place while you watch. Get on your treadmill and your 30 minute TV show will fly by. And for those hour long shows, do push up or sit ups during the commercials. Skip the popcorn and get in shape...Enjoy!
